Who we are
This website is run by Regiment Cleaning ("we", "us"). You can contact us about anything on this page at info@regimentcleaning.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send us an enquiry — by the quote form, email or WhatsApp — we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number or email address, the property location and a description of the job. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the work. The legal basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
What we don't do
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and business records for as long as the law requires. If you'd like your details removed sooner, ask and we'll delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@regimentcleaning.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
